Our roof cleaning process is done in 3 steps:-
Step 1: Roof Cleaning - The roof is washed first to clean off any moss, algae, lichen, dirt and other loose 'material'. Any downpipes and guttering will be kept free of any residual waste during the cleaning process.
Step 2: Roof repairs - Once the cleaning has been done we can survey the roof and then repair any damaged or loose tiles, also checking any flashings, guttering, and mortar.
Step 3: Optional Fungicidal treatment - Fungicidal wash is then sprayed onto the roof to help kill off any moss and lichen spores that may be living on the tiles. This will help prevent and reappearance of the future re-growth and reduce further maintenance.
